I really don't like to go on and on about bad hotels, but this hotel was terrible from begining to end. We checked in, only to be shown to a room that was like a basement (on the 4th floor). Got a deal for a double at £95 a night from expedia. And its superb value. Service was good, complimentary car to and from the station. Beautiful room. Stunning bathroom. My wife certainly enjoyed the Bulgari soaps and lotions that are all complimentary. At that price its a steal more

My wife, daughter and I spent a couple nights here while traveling through Switzerland! Great Hotel with great view of the lake and great comforts! This is a 5 star plus hotel, and my wife said that it was the nicest hotel she has ever stayed in. Would definitely go back. more
