Good location - the bus stop 200m fro, the B&B brings you right to the city center and there are very frequent buses which is good to know as parking in Luzern is awful. We stayed for 2 nights and hospitality was excellent. Also a good alternative to the expensive hotels of Luzern. The house has some charm with the... More

We were so impressed from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. As long as you understand what this place is aiming at, you really can't go wrong. It's a beautiful old house (with creaky floorboards to prove it)! The staff were brilliant and it provided us with comfortable beds for the night and a decent breakfast in... More

This was our 3rd night away driving down to Italy with 2 toddlers. We arrived at 2pm but the B&B was all locked up, not open until 3pm, but this was fine as we made use of their garden to have our lunch and the kids could have a play around. A lady arrived promptly at 3pm (cant remember her... More

I stayed for 3 nights here with my boyfriend, and it was amazing. It depends on the type of traveler you are when you book this place. I love staying in an area that are surrounded by locals, because I like to immerse myself into the city. If you like being surrounded by super touristy people, then this place is... More

i booked the attic room so that we had our own bathroom, it was nice and clean and the room was fine. the wifi was very good and it is in a nice area of lucerne, but is ~15-20 mins walk out from the centre. You can get the number 1 bus opposite the train station if you do not... More

We stayed for two nights at this wonderful B & B. The hosts made a wonderful impression from the first greeting through the final checkout, with enthusiasm and simple happiness to host. We rented the top "attic" romantic floor (our 25th anniversary) which was quite large with its on bathroom and a/c. Our teenage sons stayed in a 2 twin... More

We were looking for cheap accommodation in Lucerne and this B&B was definitely better than we’ve expected. Located is 15 min walking to Lucerne Lake or bus stop is less 1 min walk. We were parking next to the hotel and saw our car from the window for 20 CHF/24 hours. Parking is in standard blue zone and parking tickets... More

This B + B is in an upscale neighborhood walking distance from downtown Lucerne. From the ancient wall, to the lake, to the old town, to the brewery, to shopping and fine dining… it is all accesable from this place. Despite the squeaky old floors, this cozy bed and breakfast is VERY relaxing. The building has a great feel to... More

We stayed 4 nights at The Bed and Breakfast in June and recommend it if you want a more personal and less expensive alternative to a hotel. Friendly staff gave us change for the bus and actually booked an all-day Mt. Pilatus excursion on the spot. Continental breakfast in a room with a chandelier! Travel tips: for cheap food, buy... In truth, this is less a B&B than an upmarket hostel, but none the worse for it ... the rooms are comfortable and luckily we only had to share the communal bathroom with our children. It's a characterful old house, simply but nicely furnished, and the two women we dealt with at reception really could not have been friendlier or... More
