Our room was clean and fresh with all the essentials. An amazing view over the lake, bridges; sunrise and sunset, twilight on the mountains was photo paradise! We had 3 comfy beds and they were side by side. The pub on the ground floor is a hot spot apparently on sports nights. If you don't like boisterous parties out your... More

Visited on a great spring day...Beautiful location in Lucerne along the river with breath taking views. Cold beer and fun and active pub to meet locals and tourists. The staff is friendly and helpful. Recommend it to enjoy an afternoon. Wonderful. When the sun goes down you need a jacket.

With the best view over the most beautiful attractions of lucerne... With a bar and a pub on the ground floor.. The lady at the check in was very very helpful and sweet... Rooms are simple and small... But sufficient for our one night stay in the city... Get your camera and stay at this hotel

The location of this hotel in the old town is simply outstanding. I had a room on level 4 that looked directly over the wooden bridge and with spectacular views of the mountains. It is about a 5 minutes walk from the train station with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Then room is small however it was comfortable, with... More

This Hotel is very well located in the old city almost close to everything. The train station is walking distance from the hotel. Excellent view from the room. The food prepared in the pub below was very tasty and well prepared. The only downside for us was that the pub was extremely crowded in the evenings, but I suppose it... More

Centrally located. Walking distance to train station and main attractions. Wi-fi worked well. We had room 101. Room over looked bridge. Pub directly below hotel. Bartender quickly checked us in. Room was extremely clean, although very small. Two twin beds, end to end. Comfortable with necessary amenities. If you need quiet to sleep, do not have a room on first... More

Stayed here for a week, great location in the heart of things, literally just across the bridge from the station and with nearby shops and restaurants. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking "Kapellbrücke" wooden bridge and with snow covered mountains towering above the city. The hotel was excellent value for money by local standards, keeping in mind that... More

Reserved in last minute, we were positively surprised about this hotel. The location is great! No reception but who cares. Rooms modest but tidy and confortable. Quiet area and real city center, view on the river and wooden bridge. They accept dogs and there was no additional charge. Nice pub downstairs with nice fish and chips. We liked it and... More

Great location on the water! Very friendly employees. Easy walk from train station. Pub is convenient. I thought things were a little pricey until I found out that's just Switzerland!!! Overall great place with great views!

Probably the best located hotel in the old town area of Lucerne. You have a great, buzzing pub downstairs. Awesome view of the river, mountains & bridge from the room. The rooms are laid vertical, which means the beds are not next to each other but in a straight line. This hampers prior to sleep conversations & other such stuff.... More
