Large room. We were in room 7 on the first floor and still had great views over Lake Lucerne. Balcony off room with table and chairs. Dated bathroom decor, but very clean. Very comfortable bed, great nights sleep. Not a huge range for breakfast, but we were able to get scrambled eggs made for us.

Excellent position for walking to all areas around lucerne. Such a friendly family, who know all your names after you have checked in. Stunning views and rooms are really clean. A real gem to find. Thank you The Taylor Family

Get a lake view room and you could easily spend your entire stay just soaking up the amazing view. The hotel is on a hill so even the reception level has great views across lake lucerne and the surrounding mountains. When we first walked in we were treated like royalty! We paid the extra 10 franks for a room with a lake side view, which was WELL worth it. The employees spoke english and the breakfast was amazing.We would recommend this to other.
