Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. 130sf/night for double (twin beds pushed together) single use with breakfast. Breakfast was awesome. Croissants, bread, juice, cereal, tea/coffee, cheese, meat. Room more than adequate but nothing special. Overall a decent place to stay. more

We were very impressed with the location, helpfulness of staff and cleanliness of our triple room in the Goldener Stern. The view from our three large windows was of a beautiful church and its garden square. The Goldener Stern is not what you call a 5 star hotel, but it is very cute and cozy, and the staff was very nice to us! more

Stayed here for one night during easter vacation. Nice location, close to Lucerne Rail Station. Room was below average size for a double bedroom as was the bathroom. Has its own restaurant with some good food options. Breakfast did not have many choices. more
