This hotel is great as far as location goes, as it is close to lake Luzern, and all the attractions. Good: (1) Good breakfast(cereal, cold meats, breads, juices), restaurant staff are great to deal with. (2) Rooms are good size, and come with a mini bar. Stayed here for 1 night in sept 2007 on trafalgar tour. Hotel: old decor in rooms, looks outdated. including bathroom, toilet had some bizarre-looking old flushing mechanism. But clean. The hotel is perfectly located inside the city center so if you want to go to the casino, shopping, then this is a good hotel for you. Decor is very outdated...needs updating with the bathrooms......n colour in the rooms r orange. But is in the middle of the city. Hotel may be is in the process of renovation so morning starts with drilling noise which is irritating. more
