We stayed here as part of a Cosmos group so we basically did not have any choice. The hotel is in walking distance of everything so going around Lucerne was easy... Stayed in April as part of a Cosmos tour. The lobby and the foyer were in much better condition than the rooms themselves. Room and lobby is very small and pillow is too soft. Location is very good, near by many places of interest but service is very bad, watch out all rules before staying. My friend who come with me was fine for 400 CF because few amount of water dropped on the wood floor in front of the toilet.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for one night on our Cosmos tour. We found the staff friendly, and the room very pleasant. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is a stone's throw from the lake. The Chapel/Covered Bridge is only a 10-minute walk away.

My room was very small with a single bed, but absolutely spotless with lovely decor. Not much room for my gigantic suitcase. The bed was very comfortable.
