Hotel is close to the Lake and a Shopping Mall. Hotel was clean however it was a bit noisy due to it's location. Breakfast did not have any hot items. Wifi will cost you 2 Franks so we did not use it.

Stayed for 1 night Location The hotel's location is good, close to the market, restaurant, and attraction place 1. To the Lion Monument, walk only 5 minutes. 2. To the collegiate and Parish Church of St Leger walk only 5 minutes. 3. To the Woodbridge, walk only 5-10 minutes 4. To the train station, walk only 10 minutes. 5. Close... More

We had room 555 which is pink!! There was no air conditioning in this room but our friends who were on the 4th floor had air conditioning in theirs. We had a terrible nights sleep because the room was way too warm. We opened the window which cooled it down a bit to an acceptable level but the traffic noise... More

I stayed here as part of a tour. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and pleasant. It was located within walking distance of eating and shopping establishments. The train station was nearby if you wanted to visit Zurich. The free breakfast was sufficient.

The hotel is in an excellent location: just 100 meters from the Lake. The service is good: the managers are very friendly. The price per night is good. There is also an interesting small collection of pictures. The restaurant is good, but the prices are a little bit too high. The breakfast is very poor: I have had it at... More

We were part of a Cosmos tour that stayed here so we did not choose this hotel. It is in a great location next to the lake and walking distance to everything available-the restaurants, the historical bridge, and bars and cafes. The rooms were very small but clean. The staff were at times not very happy and did not seem... More

Part of our Cosmos tour...this room was the smallest of any on the trip. But it was clean and quiet. One of the staff, (most of them spoke German), communicated as best she could in English, and politely and promptly helped when the lights in the room would not work. The room was clean and quiet. Staff at breakfast were... More

Room was small but clean. Close distance to sight seeing of the town. Don't eat dinner here. Very expensive - even charge for table water.,Served... More

The best thing about this hotel is its location - just a stone's throw from the lake and a couple of blocks from the Old Town. Close to lake cruises, souvenir shops, restaurants and a large grocery store. It appears to be mostly used by tour groups on one or two night stays. Our room was on the 5th floor... More

The hotel is clean, and is located right in the heart of downtown. That is pretty much where the good news ends though. The lady who runs this hotel is about as gruff as they come, and they enforce some crazy rules in hopes of fining the residents who are mostly foreign tourists. I was told upon check-in to be...
