It was a small room with no airconditioning. The bathroom was really small. The food in the restaurant was awful. I was on a Trafalgar trip and all the other hotels were very luxorious, until this hole in the wall. more

I did get lucky and ended up in a room overlooking the lake - it had a wonderful little balcony that had a table and chairs - the bathroom was SUPER HUGE!! this was part of trafalgar's best of switzerland - it would recooend this hotel - it is on the waterfront but about a half mile from the city center - the breakfast was good as was the included dinner - the hotel has internet service in the lobby - i would stey here again more

This hotel was our last stop on a fantastic tour of Switzerland and it ruined all the happy memories of the trip. The room was tiny, claustrophobic, unbearably hot, (no a/c), noisy, lacking in drinking glasses, kleenex and shower caps, with saggy matresses and polyester pillows and duvets. We stayed here with Globus and loved our stay. The verandah area is great for having a drink with friends. It's in a great position - close enough to walk into the town centre past the lake, with heaps happening along there as well. The rooms are basic, but comfortable enough. Disappointed there was no fridge in the rooms though. more
