This hotel is in a good position. The room whilst very very small is adequate. We did however encounter 2 major problems. The temperature of the room and the service. Like other reviewers we were unlucky enough to be allocated room 102. As other reviewers have also mentioned the pizza oven flu runs inside the wall of this room. The... More

Nice small hotel in the old town. We stayed 2 nights before going to Zurich. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the station & down a side alley from the River Reuss & all the best sights of Luzern are within walking distance. The staff were good, room clean & the Italian restaurant on the premises for which... More

Centrally placed near to the Chapel Bridge. Lake is near by and market is also near. The street outside is full of cafes, ice cream shops and bars...This was one of the best hotels I stayed in during my Switzerland visit. Reception Staff was very helpful and available 24 hrs. It also has its own pizza restaurant. We also had... More

Stayed there for 2 nights in March and we love the location! Walking distance to the main train station. Since it is located at the old town, you have so many things to explore. Breakfast is satisfactory. I will definitely recommend friends over.

A little difficult to find when driving (as with all hotels in old cities with restricted vehicle access) because the access point from the road appears to involve driving on the sidewalk. Convenient to all Lucerne attractions in the old town, the covered bridges as well as the lake. Many restaurants nearby. Clean, comfortable room but a small bathroom. Good... More

Good located right next to the river Reuss and two minutes walkt to the Kappelerbrücke. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a fine breakfast buffet as well as a Restaurant for dinner. However, there are pleanty of bars, cafes and diners all around you. Our room 101 was a littne noisy due the the fact the it... More

This building is from the 13th century, which is probably the reason why the rooms are so small. But they are tastefully decorated, and the location is very central, all the sights are in walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, nice choice and quality ingredients.

A friend recommended this lovely hotel for my first visit to Lucern and it was perfect. The location was so central to all the major must see areas, train station, and overlooking the river. I loved the exclusive boutique feel of the rooms, the stairways, and the restaurant. The Italian restaurant is a must try, if you love pizza this... More

We arrived in the Lucerne the day after their Carnival celebration ended. The streets were covered in confetti, we wished we had been there to the night before to check out the festivities! We booked this hotel through Trip Advisor on our way into the city. There weren't a lot of hotel options available that weren't super expensive. Hotel Zum... More

This was an excellent Boutique Hotel in Old Lucerne. Right in the middle of Old Lucerne and walking distance to the River. Please check out the Chinese Food place opposite to the Hotel and also the Italian eatery in the hotel. The front desk will give you coupons for both. The rooms are small will fit a couple (but we...
