A location right in the centre of the old town. Bedroom windows looked straight into the old streets. Quite noisey. Diners in the evening Bin men in the morning. Internet flakey There was no restaurant but the building contained both an italian and chinese restaurant which belonged to them. The Italian became the breakfast room in the morning.

The Hotel is in a superb location, the train and bus station are right across the bridge, only a few minutes away. There are also lots of shops, restaurants and a lot of historical places near by, since it's located in the old part of town. The staff is very friendly, and available most of the time. The rooms are... More

We arrived by train and this hotel is a convenient walk from the station. It was a little tricky as the signage is down a small Street that to us Americans looks like an alley. Great warm greeting and very clean room with stocked refrigerator and amenities. Their complimentary breakfast was great, warm boiled eggs, variety of cheeses, yogurt, breads,... More

Room is small but well equipped with coffee machines, safety box, hot water kettle, small fridge with minibar, hair dryer.... Triple room located on 1st floor where is quite noisy. However, when we closed the windows it is quite & ok to sleep.Narrow and compact standing shower space but with spacious bathroom & double sinks. Buffet breakfast with wide choices... More

This hotel is in a good position. The room whilst very very small is adequate. We did however encounter 2 major problems. The temperature of the room and the service. Like other reviewers we were unlucky enough to be allocated room 102. As other reviewers have also mentioned the pizza oven flu runs inside the wall of this room. The... More

Nice small hotel in the old town. We stayed 2 nights before going to Zurich. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the station & down a side alley from the River Reuss & all the best sights of Luzern are within walking distance. The staff were good, room clean & the Italian restaurant on the premises for which... More

Centrally placed near to the Chapel Bridge. Lake is near by and market is also near. The street outside is full of cafes, ice cream shops and bars...This was one of the best hotels I stayed in during my Switzerland visit. Reception Staff was very helpful and available 24 hrs. It also has its own pizza restaurant. We also had... More

Stayed there for 2 nights in March and we love the location! Walking distance to the main train station. Since it is located at the old town, you have so many things to explore. Breakfast is satisfactory. I will definitely recommend friends over.

A little difficult to find when driving (as with all hotels in old cities with restricted vehicle access) because the access point from the road appears to involve driving on the sidewalk. Convenient to all Lucerne attractions in the old town, the covered bridges as well as the lake. Many restaurants nearby. Clean, comfortable room but a small bathroom. Good... More

Good located right next to the river Reuss and two minutes walkt to the Kappelerbrücke. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a fine breakfast buffet as well as a Restaurant for dinner.
