The hotel is fabulous. From first arrival to departure, everything exceed expectations. on arrival, the booking service had messed up through no fault of the hotel: the receptionist discreetly and quickly put matters right. That seemed to be typical of the generally high standard of staff. The back of the hotel is beautifully positioned on the lake and dinner in their upscale restaurant was excellent. more
