Great location almost just across the road from the railway station, brief walk to town and lake, very good room with very comfortable pillows, free Wifi as well so no complaints whatsoever and Lucerne is a wonderful destination to spend time and money at. Of the three hotels I have stayed at in Lucerne this one is best!

Stayed 2 nights in this hotel. My room looked great and was facing a small street. Very near to the railway station with lots of shops as well as starbucks and fast-food restaurants. There are restaurants just around the corner too. Nice room and great hotel with free wifi. The pillows were too soft for my liking though.

Hotel with an awesome location. Next to the main train station. 5 minutes walk to the main shopping area with many eating options all within walking distance. Room was clean and tap water clean enough to drink. Tasted like swiss alps water!

I have stayed here a few times and it is very close to the station. The room I had on this trip was very small and dark with not enough space to work. Hotel staff are friendly and breakfast service is good.
