Awful property - large loud tour groups and paper thin walls don't mix. Limited comforts in the very small room even when considering the budget price point. Good breakfast but had to be enjoyed amidst active tour groups and families with children. Not our thing. Spend the extra $ and enjoy Luzerne from a different base camp.

Great located central hotel with ease of access and service. Only problem is no parking at the Hotel and it has to be on the street, very limited, or one of the central car parks, bit of a pain. Overall would recommend

Centrally located slightly small hotel but nicely decorated with colours. Extremely helpful and polite receptionist who guided us about places to visit in city and even printed us wonderful dine out restaurants in old city. Ibis styles used to be all seasons hotels, they have been revamped into bright family friendly hotels. Our Family loved this Hotel. They have a play area for kids whilst you surf the net for free whilst being able to kerp your eye on them. Wifi is free throughout too. Coffee is free 24hrs and is pretty decent stuff too.... More
