The hotel is in a good location but the staff is not keeping up with basic maintenance and cleaning. Poor maintenance examples: large spider webs and spiders over the front door; mold in the shower. Stayed here in mid-June 2009 for 3 nights. First time in Switzerland, so didn't really know what to expect. Location was very good. Close walk from the Central Train Station. Its a nice hotel close to the river . Got a good deal for the money I spent . The rooms were kinda stuffed but the cleanliness was great . No breafast included in the room rent . Ideal for people who do not bother abt the stay but to go around the city more
