We stayed there for 2 days from 14th May to 16th May 2012. The hotel is just opposite the railway station and that's why it is very popular. You could take your heavy luggage also with you. Also it is close to the bridge and the river and basically everything is in walking distance.

The location is close to the train station, walking distance to shops and restaurants, there's a Starbucks for those who just need their coffee fix. Amazing place to stay. Everything about this place is perfect. Bang opposite the Luzern station, spacious rooms, although not modernly furnished but very well maintained, neat and clean. Breakfast was nice, friendly staff. You can reach the centre of city or old town in just 5-7 minutes walk. Overall a great place to stay.
