Flora is a minute away from the central station. If you take the escalator from the station, the exit is right outside Flora's restaurant. On the other side of the hotel is the famous chapel bridge and the Bucherer showroom. The staff is courteous and helpful - they gave us our room even though we had arrived 2 hours prior... more

Thsi is 4 star hotel but with 5star location for all the sights at Lucern,you will never beleive the front desk staff Ms Frauke Bieck was so kind and helpful until i tough she is the owner of this hotel...keep up for this and soon it will become 5 star hotel. more
