stayed here for 2 days. the hotel is located in a pretty square but in itself is very very basic. the room was really very small, though it was very clean and the bathroom could not have possibly been smaller. overall - a very average experience. more

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is very clean and tidy. Good size room and good bathroom. Good location in the middle of Lucerne old town area.
