The interior is a simple contemporary look (in an old building) and it's beautiful and elegant. Everything about the hotel was delightful - location, staff, buffet in the morning. It's not inexpensive but it was worth it! more

Hotel Des Balances probably has the finest location in Lucerne. The only problem about this is that it knows it and charges accordingly, as a previous writer mentions.
