We spend two nights in Luzern. We had a room with a view on the lake. Great room, fine beds, free coffee & tee. A free drink was offered as a welcome. We also had dinner at the restaurant it was the best. Like most Swiss hotels its not cheap but well worth the money.

I am now writing this review from my hotel room. The hotel itself is beautiful and all the staff are friendly and attentive.
