We stayed here thru KUONI/SOTC. Hotel has one really small defective elevator for guests. It should not be in operation. Elevator goes to 4th floor and drops to the 1st floor. Friendly staff. Rooms need update. Barely meets requirements. Restaurant food not very good. Very noisy in the hotel and the street. Serves Indian food buffet for bus loads of lunch and dinner guests who do not stay at hotel.

The hotel has really welcoming staff and can give you all the information you want. Hotel was Ok, 3+ as the staff was nice and had a possitive attitude. Good food. A little damp smell though, probably depending on the fairly big pool and sauna.
