The apartment was spacious (for 2) and clean, containing everything we needed for our stay. The staff we're very friendly and helpful, giving us free travel tickets and advice around the city. It is located extremely close to the train station but it is in the centre of the red light district which is an eye opener for those not... More

I had to go on an emergency family trip and my parents booked this place as it offered an apartment sleeping 3.. Well, the apartment was rather tiny, entrance straight into the sitting room where the pull out bed was, off which was a hallway with sink and kitchenette and another hallway with shower toilet leading straight into a twin... Having managed to arrange a flight into Geneva when just about every hotel was booked I had few options and opted for this place because of the great location to the rail station and lake. I would normally stay in somewhere like the Warwick but I think I could be persuaded to think again. Firstly, the location has to be... More

This is not a hotel, for sure, so do not expect to be greeted by a receptionist. This is more like a self-service apartment. One uses an access code to enter the building. The quality of the apartment is reasonably good, and is cleaned everyday like a hotel. The apartment we have has one en suite (bath) double-bed room, a... More

I had booked a room for three days to stay with my wife and my 13 months' baby, but when we arrived to the place and we could she the neibourhoud (prostitutes and gangs) and checked the hotel we paid the cancelation (1 night) and looked for another hotel. We were lucky to find the Hotel Central (2, rue Rotisserie)... More

I stayed in this hotel for more than two weeks, and when you're in Geneva for that long, having a kitchenette really helps you avoid spending an arm and a leg on eating out! The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful--that's a major plus. The room I stayed in (#210) was very spacious and comfortable and extremely clean. Internet... More

Cigarette smoke We were 3 adults and 2 young kids and we booked a non-smoker apartment which was supposed to have a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. When we arrived, we were put in a smoker apartment where the smell was so strong that it continued to suffocate us after keeping all windows open for 18... More

This small residence hotel belongs to a hotel Group that runs several hotels in Geneva. Our first choice was fully booked and Hotel Residence Cityzen was recommended. We had a room on the top floor with a small balcony facing the inner street - cozy and quiet. Continental breakfast is available at €10 and a public computer in breakfast room... More

We stayed for two nights, the hotel was very comfortable and the room was very big. Even though the hotel was in the middle of the red light district we found it ok and the location was really good.

We stayed here with a group of cycling buddies and the hotel was great for us as our group of 7 almost filled the place. It isn't cheap, but nothing in Geneva is. The rooms were'nt typically tiny European, the two of us got our bikes in to the little sitting area of our room easily each evening so that... More
