We stayed here because a friend recommended it to us. It is a very simple but nice hotel. The room was small and the bathroom was tiny. There was no AC. A nice breakfast was included and the service was friendly. If you want a reasonably priced hotel this is a good option. You can walk to the old part... More

When I travel, I look for 'cheap and cheerful' local places with good location, good price and local character. Hotel de Geneve has all three. It's in a thoroughly boring neighborhood that is nonetheless a quick walk from Lake Geneva and the Old Town, as well as about 3 minutes from the airport bus and 5-10 minutes from the main... More

The hotel is old but it gives you a somewhat homey feeling. Booked a triple room with 3 single beds so our room is quite bigger. It had a balcony and we had a street view so it was kinda noisy. The room was clean (wooden floors) and the bathroom was so tiny! The room has old style furniture which... More

Friendly staff, clean room however eating area is a bot small and so breakfast was tight with all the guests competing for the food. Also the breakfast wasn't that good, run of the mill continental. Also, no decent English language channel on the television. It is in a good central location though with easy access to all amenities.

We only stayed one night here but the would definitely return as it was really convenient to visit the city everything was walking distance. Have to mention AB the receptionist for his advice which was helpful.

In a city where you can spend a fortune if you walk into the wrong pizza shop, this hotel was good for the price paid. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the place has a rather odd charm to it. For example the hallway has a random mix of books ranging from complete operas to business course manuals. The... More

A lovely little hotel, not too far from the centre of Geneva and right near a few tram stops which makes it easy to get to or to travel around Geneva. The service was great, there was free WiFi and I’d forgotten my plug adapter and they gave me one for the duration of my stay. Dining room was small,... More

A small hotel, only five minutes walk from Geneva Railway Station, in a quiet road, just off the main street. Rooms are small as are bathrooms and shower but as you would only be there at night, that doesn't really matter. Good choice of food for a continental breakfast, though again, the breakfast area is slightly cramped. However, the staff... More

Rooms are very small, but very clean and very reasonably priced. Ideal location within easy walking distance of the Gare de Cornavin, the Jet d'eau and the old city. The restaurant next door is also very good and so very convenient. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Breakfast (included) is quite sufficient, with a variety of cold cuts, baguette,... More

We've stayed there with my friend in November-13. Really nice and cosy room, bit cold at night and we could not set the thermostat. The hotel had a lovely character (we've been given tea/coffee at the beginning of our stay while waiting for the room to be prepared. The breakfast was quite nice, although we had to leave early to... More
