I went for a long romantic weekend to Geneva. The inside of the wardrobe was full of dust, the bed sheets had holes in it and I had to change it personally as there was just one member of the Staff and he couldn't leave the reception. The othe choice was to change to another bedroom with two single beds... More

Turned up at the hotel and the sign next door for the sex shop is brighter than the hotels own sign. Having stayed in Geneva many times and knowing the area I was not expecting much but for 380 chef, surely you can expect a few basics, a clean room, stain free bedding, a shower that you can see in... The staff were always helpful and pleasant with directions, ordering food, and everything else. The room was lovely, warm, quiet, clean. Breakfast was great, they had cereals, fresh fruit, rolls, bread, cheeses and meats. I'd happily stay here again.

The hotel is inexpensive, but still more costly than other business hotels that you can opt for a little out of centre of town. I was happy to find coffee in the room. I love to have a cup of coffee first think in the morning. I also liked that there was a heardryer in the room, you cannot count... More

This hotel is very good on the inside, on the outside it is unfortunately in the red light area of Geneva and the noise from my first floor room was unbearable at night. I hardly got any sleep on my second night there, so be careful to ask for a room on a high floor and NOT to the street!... More

Geneva is one of the most expensive places to stay in Europe. It exploits the fact that many people need to be here on business (commercial or United Nations). The city is not that large, and there are not that many hotels, comparatively speaking, so hotels can pretty much charge what they like and get away with it. In general,... More

Aside from its location, which is very central, there is nothing either amazing or terrible about this hotel. Breakfast was okay, room was small, but okay (although you could hear everything going in surrounding rooms), and service was okay. They give you a large and heavy key which you have to carry with you wherever you go, which is a... More

This hotel is great for the budget conscious. We had a double room with ensuite with separate toilet on the 3rd floor that overlooked Rue de Rossi. The size of the room was adequate with a ceiling fan and mini bar, the double glazed opening windows were essential for night quiet. The streetscape was always interesting day or night if... More

Stayed 3 nights for work, pre-booked through travel agency so not possible to change. Unfortunately.... The hotel is located in the middle of the red light district, with a lot of very dodgy characters around at all times. The room was very small and had a smell of humidity (old carpet smell), with tiny bathroom to complement it. Waking up... More

The hotel is in local red lights district, not close to it. The walls are thin, rooms smell, they could do with better cleaning and airing. Bathrooms seem to be from the seventies and they are mouldy. See picture. I did not dare to try breakfast. Definitely not recommended. Wifi worked well.
