We have stayed for couple of nights. The property is bit old and rooms doesn't have good amenities we needed. It requires a refurbishing for sure. Breakfast was ok. The rate we paid and the service we got didn't match. The front office staff was quite helpful in navigating the city. Wifi was good. Overall the price we paid and... More

Excellent organisation even lot's of travellers checking in at one-time. Professional handling of customers requests. Nice and good quality breakfast with friendly staff. Some furniture is outdated and needs renovation. Hairdryer wasn't working.

We shared a family room for a night here in January 2015, whilst in transit from France to St Moritz. Whilst opposite the Bahnhof (railway station) it is easy to miss if you don't see the massive neon on top of the building. We were greeted nicely and handed over our passports, which is necessary in Switzerland. The lift is... More

This was the first hotel I ever stayed at in Geneva. So I have a soft spot for it. There are things I can forgive. Being locked outside in the cold for ages when I had gone next door for a late drink without my coat, for example. Also the very regulated breakfast that allows you only one croissant. But... More

This hotel is fair at best. The rooms are incredibly old, you can't control your temperature at all it is just a heating system used in the whole hotel. During our stay we constantly had to open and close the outside door in December because the room was too hot. They say that they have two different internet networks however... More

I stayed here 5 nights. The big plus of this hotel is its location. It is central, right in front of the train station. Rooms are on the smaller side and very simple but functional. Unfortunately, I had a room on the second floor, overlooking the train station and right above the burger place below. My whole room smelled like... More

Stayed in Bernina for one night, generally was quite disappointed. The hotel is located just opposite the train station and the reception genuinely tried to be polite/accommodating. That is where good stuff stops. The room was very small, noisy and outdated; and it had very strong smell. For breakfast, seeing what was offered, I preferred to step out to have... More

In an excellent location directly across from the main station. It is only a five minute walk to Lake Leman and ten minute walk to the Old Town. Hotel staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. Hotel is in need of upgrading which they seem to be attempting. The room was very small although the bed was very comfortable. One morning... More

If travelling by train or tram one cannot beat the location of the Bernina. Just across the street from a shopping centre and within walking distance from a variety of restaurants. The staff were always friendly and prepared to assist in giving directions and advice on shops and attractions to visit. The breakfasts were enjoyable and the pink coloured eggs... More

Staying at Bernina for 2 consecutive years during my trips to attend UN conferences was an excellent choice. The hotel has very high cleanliness standards and the service is excellent. The staff are friendly and very welcoming, they would go extra steps to make you feel comfortable. They are always attentative and caring for customers' requests. The location is central... More
