If you do not have to stay in this hotel for the whole day, it is nice choice. Close to the city centre and Geneva lake, not far from the railway station. Managers are rather friendly, breakfast is not bad - cheese, jam, honey, bread, butter, eggs, ham and coffee. The price is normal for Switzerland)

On the plus side the rooms are spacious, the heating and soundproofing is good. TV and wifi are efficient. It is close to shops, bars, restaurants, and a main tram route. On the minus side, there is no proper reception or lounge area - just a tiny lobby which is not staffed after 2130. The bedroom floors are accessed by... More

Really bad attention to the customer, we found with an small problem with the payment in advance relative to bank commission by their side and the feeling was like talking to a wall. Breakfast was limited and not too much fresh

In contrast to some of the negative feedback here, I had a very pleasant stay. The gentleman at the reception in the evening was extremely friendly and helpful. I was proposed a quiet room facing the courtyard and a free travel pass for Geneva public transportation. The room was simple, but very clean and well kept during my visit. Most... More

This was a terrible hotel. Traveling on business, this hotel was chosen for me. The room was small and on the street side. The room was not air conditioned so I had to leave the windows open and cigarette smoke wafted up from the street below. Everything was old and in desperate need of replacement. Carpet and linens were old... More

This is a small hotel with outrageous room rates for a very small, very basic room which reminded me of a hostel, not a hotel. The good things are: It is visually somewhat clean, the personell is really friendly and there's free WIFI. In my room there were stains on the tasteless carpet, dirt on the walls and spider webs... I hated this hotel. I got a single room and it was super small (a twin bed), the sheets were old and tattered, the carpet was old, the room was hot and stuffy (there was no ventilation and no air-conditioning), the streets were noisy (I needed to use an iPad app for white-noise), the lighting was dark, and this was... The initial impression is overwhelmingly negative. Street entrance is very unappealing-foyer entrance only room for 2 people. Elevator only room for 1 person and 1 suitcase. Room very bare with little energy into making it aesthetically appealing. Nothing on windows but sheer curtains, offering little privacy or light blocking. The smell of cigarette smoke permeates the entire place. Best aspects:... More

Great location in a quiet part of the city with very good transport links. Spacious room with simple furniture but enough for a short stay. There is free wi-fi in every room. 5 minutes to the old town. Free public transport card. Next door Coop City supermarket.

I booked this hotel at short notice when my mum had an accident on holiday and ended up in hospital in Geneva. I booked a single room and was given room 710 which is the room in the photo. The hotel is quirky, I have to admit, but typical of city centre european hotels. The reception is tiny and there... More
