Reception staff are a little curt and unfriendly, the rest of the hotel was good and the restaurant staff were friendly, breakfast a little on the expensive side at £20 per person and the free shuttle stops at 23:30 ish. More

This is an airport hotel -- there's only so much you SHOULD expect. That being said, I thought it was very good. Room was clean, I didn't find it THAT noisy if you turn on the ambiant fan. I stayed here prior to an early morning flight. I could hear the airplanes, but once I put the fan on high I couldn't hear it anymore. Location is ok if you are buying a car, nothing else is available. Very poor "gym" and restaurant guys are trying their best but the results is not too good. More

Stayed there 1 night on 9 October 2011. We had an early flight to Washington DC and booked this hotel because of the hotel's website rates. Good choice! Stayed one night prior to an early takeoff from the airpot next day. The room had a good size, was clean and tidy and reasonably modern.
