The staffs were helpful. I like the location. The rooms and amenities were as expected for a 3 stars hotel. I came during a busy time and other hotels were fully booked, and maybe that is why it is a bit pricy.

As a frequent business-travel I stay in a lot of hotels. This must the worst hotel I have ever visited. They charged nearly 400 Euro for one night for a dirty, noisy and uncomfortable room. The room even had something with a brown color on the wall. The noise in the hotel was unbearable, the shower and WC were broken,... More

Central location, but not best area of town. Our room overlooked noisy street and air conditioning couldn't keep up. Room small and decor is dated. Staff were friendly and efficient but breakfast and wifi prices were high. Would give it 2-3 star rating.

I booked this hotel just because of the fair in Geneva all others were sold out or very expensive. The price was 150$ for single room and hotels.com promised bath-robe, free wifi etc. I asked for a very quiet room but they gave me room facing the noisy street with road works and prostitutes all around, so even with closed... Between the all night noise of drunken fights and police sirens and the morning construction work there was only an hour or so of relative quiet. Completely unable to sleep. Convenient location only a couple of minutes from train station, and the receptionist was friendly. I stayed here on a colleagues advice but in spite of the convenience would never... More

The hotel is situated in what I would politely call "the meat packing district" which basically means, prostitutes are outside the door. It was dangerous. their pimps blocked you moving. Never again! they stood outside your door and cornered you, the hotel would do nothing about this. this is not somewhere I would feel safe. a few rooms were being... More

Although in a red light district, it is just 3-5 minutes from everything you might need as a tourist in Geneva. The area is safe with police patrolling 24/7. Maybe not an area for families with small children but definitely for people who look for a cheap, clean and interesting place to stay. Great arabic restaurants around with good and... More

Firstly the positives: Rooms are clean and warm. Bathroom was sufficient and shower was good. Unfortunately this is where it stops. The bath was mouldy which gave off a mouldy smell. The hotel is very dated and could do with freshening up. The staff were fairly friendly. He breakfast was expensive for what you get. He wifi was again expensive... More
