We got this room because it was one of the cheapest within Geneva. We arrived in Geneva a day earlier then anticipated, so we booked because our other hotel for the rest of our stay was on the same street. From the outside, you would get discouraged and expect a very old room. Once you get in the lobby, it... More

Did i like this hotel? I cant say.. i cant decide. Mostly No. The reception gives the impression its a grand 4 star hotel but just look a little deeper and clearly, it is not. Our room was small and the view not so great. It was at this time i learned our hotel was in the heart of the... More

The room was nice with a balcony, very clean. We missed minibar and the coffeebar was not equipped very well. But the sleeping quality on the king size bed was amazing! Breakfast room is extremely pretty but seemed quite deserted and very "cold". a bit of a talented hand could make this an adorable place. Clothilde from the welcome desk... More

I had the opportunity of staying at this hotel over the weekend of October 18, 2014 and was pleasantly surprised at the rate and the excellent location that this hotel offers. Although located at or near the red light district of Geneva, the room was extremely quite with a large bathroom and an updated state of the art decoration. Everything... More

Lets start with the location: a street full of s** centres, prostitutes, pimps and some shady people standing in the streets just across the hotel(indeed close to the city centre and cheap but not worth it). The front office: old, very old. The staff unhelpful, not even a smile, or any indications about the hotel, they were extremely rude to... More

First of all , you have to bear in mind that this hotel is situated in the heart of Paquis area which is the "red Zone" and i witnessed prostitutes galore day and night, drug peddlers and pushers. Nevertheless I would not recommend walking or wandering alone around in the early hours of the morning as you would be pushing... More

i'm sure this hotel was very swank in 1958, but it seems not to have been rehabbed since then. even the mattresses, which were saggy and droopy, date from the era. i booked two nights for the price of one on lastminute.com at, yes, the last minute, so it seemed like a reasonable deal given how expensive geneva is. but... Firstly the hotel itself is decent. I cant complain about anything - the room was comfortable and I was sightseeing I used it mainly as a place to sleep. However the hotel is situated in what I guess is the red light district as there were many "ladies of the night" for want of a better word prowling around outside... More

Some of the reviews on this website would suggest that this place is on the wrong side of Baghdad! In terms of location: no, I would not bring my family here, probably not even my girlfriend. However, I'm here on business and I'm enough of an adult to not be intimidated by women on street corners! It's very well located... More
