Some of the staff members at this place were down right rude and insulting. Their air conditioning broke down and they did nothing to compensate us for the hot nights we spent staying awake! Very bad customer orientation...my recommendation...find another place! more

We had some problems with this hotel. We made a reservation explicitly for a room with a twin bed but we ended up with a room with a small double bed (three-quarter bed). Hotell very close to the WTO building and the lake. The hotel is small and simple but clean and well kept. Rooms are not too small and with furniture in good condition. Breakfast buffet is not bad. Some rooms (those which are on the side on the streeet) are however a bit noisy. more
