I stayed here for three days, and found the hotel a great base for exploring Geneva and the surrounding area. It's walking distance to the train station, and to the lake. It's part of a small boutique chain, and the receptionist provided discount coupons for restaurants at the other hotels in the chain. (There is no restaurant at the Kipling).... more

I had one night at Hotel Kipling in Geneva in June 2009. The room was very nice, the location was good, five minutes from the train station. Very nice staff at reception desk. Free WLAN. Pretty good breakfast (not included). Yes, I will most certainly come back. more

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are a little small and the Kipling theme taken a little far but all in all a really nice stay. Excellent hotel on a good location, railway station and lake in walking distance. Accomodation in Geneva is rather expensive and does not always provide value for money, but this hotel definetily does. Breakfast is not cheap, but good. I'm surprised, the Kipling deserves being ranked as a 4 not a 3 star hotel. The hotel either new or was newly renovated. The room was large and beautifully decorated. The staff were really amazing.
