Hi, we stayed at Ginevra in January 2009 and we found the hotel very warm,comfortable and clean. The receptionists were very helpfuls. It is possible to use internet station. We didn't try the restaurant but we saw that it was very nice. It is also near the centre of the city and the wonderful lake. more
