I found the Edelweiss to be very good value in a great location in Geneva. The hotel is close to a number of restaurants but is also within walking distance of the Old Town. It is a short walk to the lake and to the Bains des Paquis. I found the staff at the hotel to be friendly and helpful.... more

We stayed for a night in Edelweiss in July and it was a great experience. The room is really cozy, the staff is really friendly and the swiss restaurant with fondue was really awesome. Is really near to shopping, lake and everything. We recommend!!! more

Stayed here for three days and enjoyed the hotel, location, nearby restaurants, and the hotel restaurant (which is truly for the tourists...but a lot of fun...have the chocolate fondue). Also, take a day to visit Chamonix and see the Alps. Wonderful day trip. Fantastic mountain views. more

What do we need to know before we choose a hotel? Edelweiss is a 10 minute walk from the train station, but very close to the lake and everything else.
