It is an old but stylish hotel overlooking one of the best views on the lake of Geneva! We have booked two double rooms garden view and the hotel has up-grated us to two double rooms lake view, which was a very nice surprise for us. The view from the rooms was magnificent! The rooms has a lot of space... More

And we will start with what is not in it. There is no pool and no spa worthy of the name, and I couldn't believe I will write such a positive review of a five-star rated hotel without having even a swimming pool worthy of its name. But nevertheless, the hotel has many advantages. Great location, the rooms are spacious... More

My stay was only for a brief overnight visit, so was not able to use many of the hotel's facilities. However I can say that I was made extremely welcome on arrival. Check in was quick and efficient. Staff very friendly and helpful. I have stayed at the De La Paix before in a lake view room which was wonderful... More

We were in town for business meetings whilst on a europe trip, this city was only on the itinerary for that reason as it is sadly dull and lacking in character place! We chose this hotel in an attempt to find some character and were pleased, there is a boutique feel, the first experienced by either myself or my husband... More

I was here and we had a very nice and relaxing time!a special mention to the very kind staff, in particular to the bar manager Andrea, who prepared us great cocktails and was very welcoming and nice. Nice live music and if in Geneva, you must visit at least for a drink with a great view!

I didn't stay at this hotel but enjoyed a great meal there. I was lucky to attend a private function and was impressed by both the ambience, staff and the food, not to mention the wines. The service was very slick and discrete. The food was well presented and the wines were a delight. If the rest of the hotels... More

Five star service. Nice and helpful staff. Clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast in a cosy breakfast-room floaded by morning sun Panoramic location facing the lake. Just a 5-min walk to the centre of the "ville" across the bridge.

This may be the best boutique hotel in Geneva Switzerland. The service and quality of the rooms is second to none. The hotel has a great location directly on the lake and very close to all the shopping and local dinning. Rooms are large and have a great view of the water. Be sure to pay extra for the lake... I was on a 2 day business trip and stayed at Hotel de la Paix. The overall experience is great. The hotel is conveniently located because it is 5 minutes walk from the train station, and close to the shopping area of the city. In the evening if someone wants to have dinner or drinks there are a lot of... More

This is a renovated "classic style" euro hotel. Stayed for 2 nights in a water facing room that was reasonably priced and nicely appointed. Free wifi. Coffeemaker and minibar/fridge. For a 4 star hotel, my only complaint would be that the ventilation ducts in the room were clearly dirty and could use a good cleaning that would improve air quality.... More
