Very high standard of service. Choose this hotel for a luxurious break, not a cheap one. The location is fantastic, across the street from a main quay with cruises and water taxis. Great view South through the Alps and straight across Lake to Jet d'Eau as you walk out of the front door. Very close to Rive tram and bus... More

I want the bed and the pillows from this hotel. When was the last time anyone said that about a bed in a European hotel? We stayed in a room with a lake view. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. Geneva is small in general, but this hotel is perfectly located to walk around.

The hotel is placed ideally on the shore of Lake Geneva. The best rooms are the ones with the view of the lake and the Alps .Near to it there are other luxury hotels like Four Seasons or Kempinsky .I liked this one much more as it has more character. The rooms are very big with small balconies, big closets and very spacious... This hotel is simply beautiful. Geneva is very expensive so don't expect a deal at this hotel but if you love luxury and excellent service, this hotel is for you. The location cannot be beat in the middle of the city centre - great location to walk to fantastic shops and restaurants. I booked this as part of a business... More

Geneva is expensive and it is expensive to stay right on the Lake, but it was a beautiful hotel. We decided to stay in Garden View Junior Suite which although not having lake views is more spacious than the ones that do - it was lovely. It was easy to get to anywhere - we went on a steam boat... We booked this fabulous hotel to stay over after picking family up at Geneva airport. The booking a few months ago was so easy and the staff were brilliant in sorting our booking for this night (5th September). When we arrived the hotel upgraded both rooms to suites - a wonderful surprise. They could not do enough for us and... More

Just spent 5 days at this hotel I a junior suite, very nice bathroom and very good and attentive staff, the food and beverage is a bit more pricy but still reasonable given the location of the hotel. We found d there to be a lack of space to unpack and store our cloth although there was a walk in... More

This hotel was our favorite of our trip! We paid a little more for a water view, which was worth every penny. We had a balcony overlooking the Jet d'Eau, the Rhone and the Vieux Ville. The room decor did not have large flower petals (as is pictured in several advertisements) but a much tamer dark wall covering. The bed... More

This is one of the nicest hotels we have had the pleasure to frequent in Europe. Great location and outstanding service from all members of hotel staff. Excellence began at check-in. Hotel provided moist towels to clean hands while checking-in and fresh squeezed orange juice. When we handed them our passports, a staff member noticed that next day was my... More
