One of the best hotels ever visited. Moreover with very correct pricing, especially compared to other ridiculously overpriced hotels in Geneva and first-rate hotels in the whole world. Luxurious, comfortable and pleasant design. Free wifi, professional and smiling personnel. Central location with perfect communications. Highly recommended.

This is actually a great hotel for Geneva. It is centrally located, with free and ready access to trams. The Royal offers reliable and attentive service, firm yet comfy beds, a great breakfast buffet, but slightly outdated and tired decor. The business center's support is basic, with clunky printing and computing equipment. Overall it is good value, insofar as hotel... More

Probably one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The hotel itself was luxurious, and beautiful. From the lobby when you walk in, to the room. The staff were very genuine, and courteous. And had no problems speaking English. They were very quick to help, and did so with pleasant smiles. Will definitely visit again, and will tell my friends... More

If you are looking for a good hotel close to main train station, this is it. It is located within a walking distance 10 min from the station. The room is nice and clean and comfortable. My family of 3 people can fit into the room with big sofa bed for extra bed. Breakfast offered are average. The hotel have... More

I stayed for a few nights for business purposes. The hotel's location is excellent: 6 minute walk from the central train station and a tram station right at the front of the hotel. There's a supermarket just outside the front door. Walking to the lake and the old city takes no more than 15-20 minutes. Service at the hotel was... More

A beautifully furnished hotel with the friendliest of staff providing first class service Geneva is a beautiful city with a great transport system The bus stops outside this hotel while the train station is a short stroll away. The restaurant served a good selection of food and wines We would certainly return here.

We stayed in a junior suite for two nights in April 2015. From reservation to checkout the staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very well maintained and the room was beautifully appointed, including Hermès toiletries in the marble bathroom. Views out of the mountains and a large yet unobtrusively positioned TV had... More

The elevator is old and small. There is weird people coming in and out. There was hair in our bath tub, The couch was falling apart. We were upgraded to a suite that did not have A.C and we were locked out of the balcony due to renovations. The air was stale and hot. Thank God they brought us up... More
