The hotel is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from the train station, with a tram stop situated right in front of the hotel. Front desk staff are very professional and helpful with all queries, as per norm in Geneva they will conveniently provide you with a public transport pass for the duration of your trip. Stayed for three nights in... More

Great hotel room, lovely and clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Quite close to the railway station and a bit far away from the main sites and lake. I was the third person in our room and the fold out sofa bed is a bit shaky but otherwise a great hotel.

I stayed in a superior room for one night. Room was spacious, clean, quiet and well decorated. The lounge was extremely spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Service at the bar/restaurant was good but really long (3.5 hours for dinner!!). Breakfast was good. WiFi was free of charge and fast. In summary, I do recommend this hotel,... More

I really liked this hotel for a number of practical reasons: The location is good. The tram stops right in front of the hotel and there are a number of restaurants in the area. My favourite part of this hotel was my room. It really wasn't like any other hotel I have stayed in. It Is not modern and without... More

First of all, a big "Thank you" to the stuff and the people working there 24/7, they were all great and always polite. Nice hotel, luxurious but also classy and traditional in one way! Clean, cosy and with good Wi-Fi reception everywhere in the hotel. Really close to the Train Station, which you can reach by Tram 15 or Bus... More

My first expressions were fantastic. 'Guy' picked up our car out front and parked it for us and by the time we had checked in and made it to our room, our car was unpacked and bags in room. First class. The entrance and lobby and very attractive looking and charming. Our room (Executive) was very spacious, comfortable and had... More

Stayed here for a week on a business trip. The location is great, very close to the Geneva train station which also connects to the airport. Many restaurants around the area. My room was on the street side so it can get a bit noisy, but not excessively so.

Having read some of the reviews I was bracing myself to be disappointed, however I really was not. Ok the room was rather warm, not really an issue in December, and the hotel is not in the very best district, but it is clean, well run, and overall very nice. Given that I picked it largely because it sounded decent... More
