Nice modern decor; clean and good food and facilities but service is generally slow due to not ebough staff to handle a fully booked hotel during an exhbition next door at Palexpo. Great location for exhibiting companies. No baths in the modernised rooms. And no complimentary water which is unusal for a 5* hotel.

Decent hotel but beware of there "free" internet service. If you click the wrong button on their home screen you'll be charged $30 a night for a service you didn't know you had. If you figure out that you accidentally accepted this charge the front desk people and their manager will have no sympathy that you didn't expect a $30... More
