Having stayed at this property several times in the past six years when it was the Noga Hilton, I can write with assurance that the Kempinski renovation made a big difference. Gone are the wacky color schemes that reminded me of a 1970s disco. In its place are tasteful, modern furnishings that look like they belong in a luxury hotel.... more

On our way to France, on check-out, we forgot a laundry bag full of clothes in the cupboard of our ex-room, almost all original soccer uniforms belonging to my son. Imagine the drama...The House Keeping Dept. was able to quickly locate it , store it while waiting for our return to Italy before sending it to our home , all... more

Access to the internet was quick, easy and free. It was... more

I have stayed at this hotel quite a number of times about 1.5 - 3 years ago. It used to be the Noga Hilton. The first time I stayed there, I was quite surprised about the rooms (all in one color), but I can not say I really liked it. After the take-over by Kempinski, the renovation was slow and... more

I stayed for 2 nights attending an international meeting. The location is great, and I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel given the less than glowing reviews. I can appreciate it’s pricey, but having had the cost paid for I can only comment on the quality of the services. The hotel lobby is quite luxurious but personally I don’t really... more

We stayed for the weekend and found the Hotel to be in a great location & if you are lucky enough, you will get a view of the Jet D'eau. Beware the Hotel is a square with half of the rooms looking into a flat roof, only one side of the square has a view to the lake. The rooms... more
