We paid around £60 for B&B here at short notice. Good value for such an excellent position. 2 mins from station, 10 mins from old town - walking. Clean, functional, pleasant staff. How many more characters to go now....?

This was our second time at this hotel (previously in 2010) and it was exactly as we remembered! The location was an easy walk from the main station, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and was serviced daily. We were in a family room (4) and it suited our purpose well. We chose to... More

I stayed in this hotel on two separate occasions, and I was completely satisfied on both occasions. But I think what made this place so great was the customer service, the staff made us feel so welcome and helped us navigate Geneva.

Thry gave a complimentary day pass for Two for any public transport. Very centrally located. Everything in under half a kilometre distance. I stayed there for a few nights when I was at eBace at the convention center. The hotel is perfectly placed in the center of the city, just a 3 minute walk to either the train station or the lake. It is not a very big hotel(the elevator is the smallest in history) but the service was good, the room... More

The Lido hotel is in an excellent location with a short walk from both the main station and lake Geneva. In fact you could walk to many attractions from it as well as good restaurants and bars. While not luxury it was all you need. Totally clean, comfortable , good breakfast, friendly staff, good value.

The Hotel is a 5 minutes walk from Cornavin Station - very handy and reasonably priced. The triple room is big and like other hotels in Geneva, clean. Breakfast is served in a small "cafetaria" which must to have been a converted bedroom. Not a bad place to stay for a short visit. My family (including 3 adult children) stayed... More

Clean and well-localized hotel, close to the Gare Cornavin and all trains/buses/metro. The breakfast is quite good and the staff is friendly. Another guest complained about his bed, that were extremely thin and improvised. Our was very confortable though. The building is very old, but reasonably clean and organized. A decent spot in the heart of Geneva.

Basic decor - don't expect plush carpets and lots of pillows, free shampoo or sixteen towels in the bathroom. Expect older style decor, one pillow, hard wearing thin pile carpets, and one towel etc. This hotel does have a lot going for it however: - Reasonable price for Geveva - Free WiFi - Pleasant staff - Descent breakfast will set...
