Everything you've heard about Four Seasons service is true. From the monent you get out of your car to the time you leave, the staff make sure you don't suffer any indignities, like carrying any of your own luggage or going without coffee while you wait for your early morning taxi. This is one of a select few best hotels in the world, maybe the best. All services are excellent, rooms are great and the staff is....well, above all the rest. If you are going to Geneva, this is the place to stay. more

Actualy I think it is best hotel in Geneva. Close to everything. (Train station, Airport, Shopping, Lake, Restaurants). The only comment is about the breakfast. It is not a buffet. And the service was very slow. We complain and we receive a letter of apopolgies from the General Manager!!!! Never seen that in another hotel... Enjoy the pictures! more
