Although the room was quite small, it had everything we needed for a short stay, including a proper kettle! The staff were friendly and helpful, and were there until 8.00pm, which was useful. It was well located, just a few minutes from the tram, which all hotel residents can use free. There is a direct line to the centre, the... More

We are a couple who needed somewhere short term: stayed in a studio apartment and found it cosy and comfortable. Basic cooking and eating facilities were very useful. Currently undergoing some renovation but still tidy. No lift and spiral staircases so if unfit/immobile book carefully! 5 mins walk to tram stop no.15 Plenty of shops and eateries within a few... This is one of the smallest aparthotel we have ever rented. The only quality of this apartment is its location. It is difficult to read in the apartment because there are few lights in it. Reception is open only several hours per day.

I stayed at this hotel 7 days. I have very negative opinion about the hotel. You can think that you will pay less and will stay at good rooms but no. The rooms are very small, cleaning service is very bad, reception is very bad and wifi is awful. I paid 100 CHF for WIFI and it was very low.... More

I stupidly ignored reports of things being stolen in this hotel. I packed quickly when I left, and managed to leave my new Levis and a couple of dresses. i locked the door behind me. When I realised a couple of hours later and rang up the hotel, they said they werent there. There is no other explanation other than... More

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback regarding our stay. Nonetheless as we do take these allegations quite seriously, I wish you would have contacted me directly in regards to the alleged missing items rather than simply posting comments online. A thorough internal investigation was conducted, an indeed no items were found after your departure, nonetheless some... More

The hotel is very well located, close to public transportation, shopping, restaurants and to Geneva downtown. The staff members were always very helpful and friendly to us, they all spoke very good English. The room we got had a good supply of appliances in the kitchen. It was good enough to cook small meals. The building is old and can... More

Apartments were dated but very clean and in good condition. Useful to have a kitchen in a city where food is so expensive! Lack of air conditioning a big problem for Irish travellers in the height of summer...

I am usually a hostel traveller but after finding all hostels and other budget accomodation booked out I was forced to book a night here. I was impressed by the place: it was an apartment and had cooking facilities for a long term stay. I was only staying a night so this place was not really appropriate for me but... More

THRILLER IN THE HOTEL: SAFETY There was a just a door (which seems to be easily broken by a shoulder) between my bed and street. There are actually an extra door of building for other rooms. It can be open by a password which you are given, but also unfortunately the street guys know that password! THRILLER IN THE HOTEL:... More

No service, No parking, Nobody there after 8 PM and one one there before 10AM. You are on your own. No elevator, So if you have big bags and stay on higher floors, you are dead! Though u can cook there but you will have to wash the utensils, that's painful. No daily cleaning service. Opening of the room also... More
