Beautifully refurbished hotel in a great location...Staff is very stiff and seems unhappy to be working. Very mechanical with no emotion. Did not see one smile during a 3 day stay. Service is inconsistant namely room service. Had noise issues which were not resolved efficiently as staff was incapable to request neighbors to be more considerate. more

Located on the shores of the Rhine and right nexy to the city center, the hotel was perfect for an overnight stay on our way to Germany. Everything nicely done and renovated, with a colourful mix in the rooms, great breakfast in restaurant overlooking the Rhine and friendly and quick service. I've stayed at three kings for my wedding. 3 kings has been renovated an reopened in 2006. It is classic luxury in all respects. book the junior suite with the balcony to the river rhine and have a nice in-room breakfast with a gr8 view over river rhine bridge... very romantic. more

Stayed 3 nights in one of their living room suite rooms. Very nice. Great view of the river, the living room suites jut out from the building so windows are on two sides of the room.
