“Frequent Business Trips”

I travel quite often to Basel and this is one of the most comfortable hotels in the city. The size and decoration of the rooms are quite good and you can find there anything you might need. The pillow selection from a menu really helps to ensure a relaxing sleep. Good breakfast.

“Comfortable hotel”

This was a perfectly nice hotel... walking distance to most of what I needed to do, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, etc. The wi-fi never worked and the business center computer were so slow that they weren't worth using, but other than that it was a fine experience.

The Swissotel is good, room is bigger than other hotels in Basel. Service is good. The breakfast is also good. In the bathroom there is heating device to warm your towel, it was prefect! It is worth to go again!
