A nice little hotel, centrally in Basel and with a nice proximity to river Rhein. Outdoor terrace overlooking the Rhein. Clean room in simple Swiss style. Big breakfast buffet. Very nice and helpful staff. Good value for money. I will come back here!

Booked through hotels.com and all went fine. We arrived at 9 a.m. and we were able to check in. Our room was large and overlooked the river, with balcony (also has refrig and coffee pot). It's my second stay there. I stayed there 3 nights in March and needed to prolong my stay for another night. I didn't get information by staff in advance that the rate for prolonged night is much higher than previous nights. Very disappointed! I would not book there any more!

Attractive building right on the Rhein and located next to multiple city tram lines with free accessto the trams included with your stay.
