What can one say about B&B San Fiorenzo? Not much that hasn't already been said, so I will reiterate. Now, there's the breakfast - outstanding! And then there's the location - perfect! The hosts - charming, attentive, helpful. What a great place to stay - this place is a real gem!

This B&B is outstanding. My husband and I stayed for a week in the apartment occupying the base of a 13th Century tower. It has a wonderful vaulted brick ceiling and massive walls which combined with technologically advanced windows and blinds provides insulation from the outside world. The apartment has its own entrance, a stainless steel kitchenette, a contemporary bathroom... More

This is a great B&B right in the centre of Perugia, just a few minutes walk from the cathedral. The Suite Maior is private, clean and very spacious, and the shower in the well is beautiful. I would note that the second bathroom has just toilet and sink which isn't clear from the description. The free wifi worked well. Luigi... More

We came to visit a friend in Perugia. This city was not on my radar, so I started searching through the hotels to find a place to stay. The ones with good ratings were kind of far from the train station and the center of town. I thought our only alternative would be the hotel next to the train station,... More

My husband and I spent four days in Perugia, after a week in Orvieto for the winter jazz festival. So much is said about Venice, Rome and Florence, but we thought Perugia was as interesting as these cities. We weren't the least prepared to see medieval in the scale of what Perugia offers. And San Fiorenzo was the perfect complement... More

We stayed in Perugia in between visits to Florence and Rome, and it was a perfect way to slow down a little and live like a local. We chose San Fiorenzo due to all the positive reviews on Trip Advisor, and because of the history of the building. We stayed in the Suite Minor, and it was perfect for us.... More

My son and I travelled around Italy by train for a month and found this a very special place to stay. The Maoir suite was full of character and I agree with what other reviewers have said about the location of the B & B, the ambience of the building and the generosity of the hosts. Lovely breakfasts - anything... More

We stayed for almost a week in Perugia in August and this B&B, with it's great service and features made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast is very luxurious and offers so much choice that you can make it entirely continental, italian or mix the way you prefer. From freshly cut fruit to homemade pastries to muesli, toast, a range... More
