First, there is effectively NO internet. What there is, even sitting 15 feet from the router cut in and out. Secondly if you drive DO NOT follow Google Maps trying to leave. It brings you to a 10 foot wide set of stairs (fun getting out). The only way out after dropping off your luggage is to take the FIRST... More

Great value for the money. Modest prices. The whole staff was one of the most welcoming and kind I've ever met. Genuinely warm. Location is very central (great during Jazz Festival ) but quiet as it is on a side street - even during Jazz Festival week! Room and hotel are unpretentious but so welcoming, super clean, quiet with AC... More

We stayed 5 nights at the Hotel Eden in June, 2015. The hotel is extremely well located - on a quiet side street, but just blocks from the main shopping/dining area on Corso Vannucci. The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. Tanya, who was the main person on duty at the front desk and the breakfast room,... More

This hotel is really well located for exploring the old town of Perugia and the bus terminal. It is quiet yet 5 min walk to the action. Like all hotels in the old parts of towns, the rooms have their limitations. Ours was basic, slightly on the smaller side but we slept well. Wifi excellent; breakfast good. Parking is a... More

We stayed for one night in this centrally located hotel. The staff were hugely helpful and friendly. They gave us many options for free parking, great restaurants and even waited for us to have a late breakfast (out of normal hours). Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends.

Perugia is a beautiful hilltop town with views of the lovely Umbrian landscape. Hotel is located in the old town. It's about a ten minutes walk from the closest Minimetro station. Elevator is available. Room is very clean, basic and has space for luggage. Paid 75 Euros a night. View outside the room is of the orange tiled roofs and... More

I can thoroughly recommend this hotel. We stayed for two nights - which was probably the right amount of time to sample the essentials of Perugia - and were extremely happy to find the main attractions of the old city only a few hundred yards from our doorstep. On arrival, the hotelier went to enormous lengths to give us information... More

We stayed four nights in this lovely little, quiet hotel located in the centre of Perugia. Take the elevator to the third floor and the friendly and helpful owner and staff will welcome you with a cappuccino, fruit juice and cool water. We checked in early but were told that was not a problem, our room was ready. We had... More

We stayed here for one night and were very impressed with the location, room and the very helpful staff. The room was comfortable with tea making facilities. The continental breakfast was good with a lovely cappachino provided. We were impressed with the staff's attitudes which was all about making our stay pleasant, including a personal email sent a couple days... More

Very nice hotel situated in Perugia. Located on the third floor you are greeted warmly and with a complimentary drink the staff and owner are very welcoming and extremely helpful with tips and suggestions around the town. Perugia itself is amazing, we were there two nights which seemed to be enough time to do what we wanted. The room was... More
