We had a great stay in the Villa taking the 2 bedroom apartment. The facilities were first class and the help from Giuseppe was excellent. Villa Nuba is everything you could dream of for an Umbrian holiday. It's close to the city of Perugia but far enough away to be peaceful and picturesque. We chose Perugia as great base for day trips and were surprised how great the city was in itself. Villa Nuba was very attractive and comfortable. It was a 20 minute walk to the medieval center. The apartment was private,quiet and comfortable. We had a fireplace and had a fire two evenings. It was too cool but in warmer weather... more

Wonderful appartment with a fresco of Pinturicchio in the living room. Friendly and helpful owners. Located at a small distance from the old city, with a wonderful view of the Umbrian hills - so that both visiting the city and the other Umbrian sites were quite convenient. Definitely a better choice than staying in a hotel in the old city... more

Villa Nuba is absolutely the best place to stay in Perugia. Giuseppe and his family are the most accommodating hosts you will find. We couldn’t figure out how to work the washing machine in our suite and Giuseppe immediately helped us.
