The location of this hotel is very good, 2 minutes on foot of the old town; great view from your room. Excellent value for money, we went to 2 other hotels closeby and they asked ridiculous prices for rooms that were not bigger albeit the hotels were nicer overall. So we decided to stay at the Aurora. It is not... More

We had booked online previously, when we arrived we got shouted at for saying our names and telling the propertier who we were. The room was basic, the towels smelt old but in general the room was ok for the price. The breakfast was a joke, very cheap pastries and disgusting coffee. We asked for a tea but got shouted... Hotel Aurora It is far from being the best hotel ever but, for the price you pay I wouldn't ask for more... I must admit the hotel has quite a good location, close to the centre, and the view was surprisingly beautiful. Breakfast on the other hand was a little bit basic but at least coffee was good.

Staying in this old medival hotel was a real treat. The antiques were impressive as well as the view. After 52 steps, you walk back in time with the owners who only speak italian. If you are up for an adventure in an ancient walled city, this is the place.

I have been to this hotel in February. It was a very good place in the centre of Perugia for a very cheap price. We got the room in 2 minutes even if we came not on the right hours. It was clean and tidy. Little, cosy and had all the things needed - the bed, the sofa, desk with... More

First of all they lost our reservation, we were able to get into our rooms only after 30 minuts of listening to yelling in Italian and seeing intense waving hands. Owners do not speak any language, but Italian. Rooms are tiny and TV-set in my room spontaneously switched off after every 5 minuts. Hotel is bike-unfriendly, we were forced to... More

It's really nothing special, but it's right in the centre of Perugia and for 45 euros a double (in august) the location makes it really good value for money. Just try to get a room away from the reception desk, especially if you want to sleep in: the innkeeper lady is very, very loud.

I booked for 3 nights but left after 1. Although position is very near to the Piazza Italia, but it is also situated at the hairpin bend of the road. There is no air condition in the room only a small electric fan available. You will need to have the windows open, the noise of motorbikes/vehicles changing gears going uphill... More

Very basic hotel for a very basic price. Don't expect big luxery for this price. Very good location, 50 m from the center. Very welcoming and friendly owner.

Good location near center of Perugia but that's about it. We were greeted by a woman in a house dress who was quite rude at the outset. The rooms are small, no carpet or rugs, small bathroom (shower only). Our room faced a street/alley, very noisy until about 11 PM and woke to the sound of the garbage truck and... More
