I am traveling in Italy for a month- off season- so I am expecting better than average accomodations. This place has good and bad things. The staff is very nice and the location is good- just across the street from the escalator that takes you up to the old city. The rooms- not so good- mine had a nice view... More

We (three adults) stayed here for two nights. It is an older building and feels more like a B&B (without the "Breakfast") than it does a hotel. The room was adequate and the beds were okay. The bathroom was quite small and the shower was on the tiny side. We had a room in the rear with an expansive view... More

Friendly staff, nice view, warm room- enough, even though it was February- and very near the escalator to the center of the town. Don't expect too much from breakfast, but I liked all the rest. At the reception Signor Giacomo was very kind. There is a Tv in the room and a Wi-Fi. Hair dryer in the bathroom.

This is a small hotel with a few rooms, very close to the historical centre and it has it's own parking. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The personal is very friendly. There's a free Wi-Fi (the connection is not very stable though). If your windows face the site opposite the entrance street you'll get an amazing view. The room... More

Whilst I had not expected too much of this hotel, based on the cost and average reviews, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that, once inside, the hotel was shabby, musty and in need of a good clean. The photos on the website we booked with (Venere)bore no resemblance to the room we were allocated (22). The tile floors were... More

We stayed in Perugia for two nights. One day we took a day trip to Assisi and a wine tasting.museum just out of town. The other day we spent in Perugia. This hotel is a little worn, but quite comfortable. It is located just across the street from one of the two outdoor escalators in Perugia that take you up... More

The Hotel Europa is a small B&B (a handful of rooms) located midway up the hill on top of which historic Perugia sits. The hotel is just a few steps away from the escalators that take you into the heart of Perugia. Furthermore, if the "Minimetro" gets completed -- it appeared to be the subject of some controversy while we... More
