I have stayed at the Albergo Morlacchi a number of times over many years and have always enjoyed it. This year we (3 of us) tried their additional property up the road which is a self-catering apartment. It is in a fantastic position just off the main square. Everything you need is present and the decor is appealing. The owners... More

An excellent choice. Comfortable, very central, with friendly and exceptionally helpful owners. Without their assistance I'd never have been able to see everything I'd hoped to. No lift (or I didn't notice one) so someone with mobility problems might do well to ring beforehand. Good breakfast. Not far from where the shuttle bus to the airport stops. Highly recommended.

Genuine and enthusiastic staff made this family run place feel like home, with even the shy family dog warming to us by the time we left. Appreciate staff understanding when there was a mix up over our check out, the sons speak good English. Room was cosy and comfortable, and a great location close to the centre of town. Would... This is a small hotel on a quiet street in the historical centre, minutes from the main square IV novembre and Corso Vanucci. They're a family with two sons and nonna, the sons speak excellent english and are very welcoming and helpful, while giving plenty of privacy. They've also got dog Jesse, a sweet, timid thing. We got some good... More

Having been on the road for quite a while I was a bit travel weary when I reached the hotel. I was warmly greeted, and offered a coffee as well as the chance to settle my twigs before handing over the passport. Usually this is the first thing that is demanded of you as you cross the threshhold - not... More

The hotel is very well situated in the centre of Perugia, for visitning the sites and restaurants. The rooms are OK, and it was a bit noisy late on Saturday night, but the family that run it are wonderfully friendly and helpful, which more than made up for any shortcomings. A great place to stay for a cheap couple of... More

We found the staff at this hotel to be very friendly and helpful, more than usual - offering restaurant recommendations, information about things to see and assisting us with a taxi. I would love to give the hotel a high rating than average, but have not because the room was small, and because of the stairs - although the staff... More

Delightful little hotel at the heart of Perugia. Stayed for 3 nights and would love to stay longer. Will recommend it to our friends and return whenever the opportunity arises. We rate the quality as 4 stars, but have paid much less than in the 4 star hotels we have stayed in. Room is very clean and well decorated, the... More

Lovely well situated small hotel. We stayed for 2 days in a small room behind the breakfast room, lovely, comfortable, full of character, very clean and great bathroom. This hotel has a very intimate feel, with family members around but everyone was friendly and helpful, never intrusive. Lovely atmosphere, breakfast excellent. Lots of advice as to what to see etc,... More

Very central hotel, within a view minutes you are in the heart of Perugia. But: the room is small, the bath definitely too small and quite worn down. The room to have your breakfast is quite small, too. For me: too close to the owners private life, more a B&B guesthouse, not a hotel. But: they are really friendly and... More
