this tiny hotel is wonderfully located just at the base of the ancient walls of the city, where escalators bring you directly to the main street of Perugia. in 5 minutes walk you're in front of Palazzo dei Priori. rooms are large and fully provided with large bathroom, cable tv and free wifi connection. breakfast is rich. the owner is... I have stayed in this Hotel for two nights. My girlfriend and I had a very good experience. The staff were genuinely nice and VERY helpful. The location of the Hotel is great. However, the breakfast is rather poor and disappointing , especially when looking at the price difference between a room with breakfast included or not.

Dear Mr Luisitoperron, thank you for your review. Remember that we are a small two-star hotel, and there seems to be missing anything at breakfast with both sweet and savory items. Best regards Stefano&Francesco More

We spent 30 minutes trying to locate the hotel using our GPS and took a few wrong turns, eventually Google maps got us there. Parking outside the hotel is expensive but the very friendly hotel manager helped us to the main undercover parking a short 5 minute walk away from the hotel that cost us about €5 for overnight parking.... We stayed three nights at the Rosalba. The room and bathroom were large, especially by European standards, it was spotless, and the free wifi was great. The people at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect, literally a few steps from the escalators which take you to the Corso Vannucci. The little square in front... Lovely hotel right near the escalators to the old centre of town. The hotel was clean and tidy and very cool with shutters allowing air flow if you didnt want to use the air con. The onwers and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was at a bar round the corner, it was nice to sit outside and... More

This was one of the best hotel we had in our 3 week stay in Europe. The room we had was set on two floors and had an amazing balcony with the most incredible view. The service was great. Parking was tight but we found something close by. The hotel needs to work on their breakfast. This was without a... More

We stayed at Hotel Rosalba whilst visiting the Umbria Jazz festival. What a great event & what a perfect little hotel! Charming hosts, lovely room & in the middle of a heat wave the very cool air conditioning was greatly appreciated. A great night's sleep after a day of wonderful music in the town, followed by Tony Bennett & Lady... More

I stayed only one night there. It's very near to the city center (only 8 minutes by walking) and the proprietor is very friendly . There is also a nice pizzeria around. Room is clean and quiet, we slept very well :)
