Three night stay. Clean, pleasant accommodations. Room good sized with amenities and dependable wi-fi. Was pleased at location near the bus station and near city bus stop, both helpful when traveling to Assisi and the train station. Hotel just steps away from escalators to Centro. Staff secured a table for me in the restaurant even though it was booked. Only... More

This is a nicely appointed hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location to the escalators that take you into the city center. Sweet outside space to have a leisurely Prosecco or glass of wine after a long day of sight seeing. We stayed for three nights and were very comfortable.

Make sure you pick the east side of the hotel. West side cooks in the sun plus it sits above the bus station. Great location near the underground part of town. Loved the town itself. Nice walk in every direction.

We stayed here for 2 nights, and were very happy with this hotel. The rooms are probably a bit dated - 1990's decor, but dont let this put you off, everything you need is included and everything is in good condition and kept very clean. Location is super, you walk 2 minutes from the door of the hotel to the... More

We stayed two nights in April. We reserved a superior room and got a big room (502) on the top floor with a balcony on two sides. Nice bath, too. Though the immediate view looking down was of the bus terminal, the view looking out was to mountains and hills in the Italian countryside, so the bus terminal went largely... More

After a long day of travel and sightseeing, it was wonderful to settle into this lovely hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Easy check in, staff very courteous, friendly. Had a wonderful breakfast the next morning. Lots to see in Perugia, walkway to town nearby, easy access. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice; a decent 4* in the centre of Perugia. Our room and bathroom were of a decent size, clean and comfy. The staff were professional, efficient and helpful. The hotel has a few of its own parking places and access to plenty of others. We parked in the hotel's parking lot and left the care there for... More

This is a clean, well-run, large hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. Wi-fi was very good, and free. I think the bed had the hardest mattress I have ever slept on, anywhere - that is my main complaint. The decor of the rooms is very old-fashioned (I'd say 1980s style), but it is all well-maintained and clean. My room... More

A very nice hotel right near the old city with its picture-perfect attractions. The rooms are Art Deco-ish style and very clean. The stuff is fluent in English and admirably efficient. On the downside, I can mention the lack of tea/coffee making facilities, the lack of bedside lights and switches and substantial amount of water spilled in the bathroom due... More

This charming hotel is very well located close to the 4 escalators that bring you to the city centre, which is unbelievably convenient. We had room 511 overlooking the roundabout, but it never got too loud. The staff, especially Umberto and Andrea, were especially and printed off train schedules, recommended sights to see, and provided helpful advice about everything. Our... More
