I was last here in Perugia in 1989 on a scholarship to the University for Foreigners. I had spent four weeks at the ILGO and had found it quite adequate for my purposes so when I planned to spend a couple of nights in Perugia I decided to book again. It's a nice stroll to the city even if there... More

Dear Ryszard what an honor! We are glad you came back to visit us after so many years. Also, we are happy you noticed how many changes the hotel underwent over the course of the past few years. We are always working very hard to keep our standards high. Come back soon! More

We stayed here for 3 nights and using Perugia as a base visited Spello and Orvieto. When we reached Perugia it was a tough task to find hotel though there are board signs to reach hotel. But after reaching it was pleasant. they gave us the room with excellent view to the front of hotel. Breakfast was sumptuous with various... More

We stayed at the Ilgo Hotel for 1 night and I simply would not know if I had to stay a second night. But lets go through the entire review first: Location: for from the city center, if you depend on walking good luck - first you will need to take a lot of steps uphill which is ok if... More

Dear Sir, First of all thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. Given the length of your message we can assume you have quite a vivid memory of it. We are terribly displeased by your words. Are you sure you stayed with us? First of all we have no carpets in the breakfast area: you can check... More

This hotel is pretty good [quiet location], but the hotel walls appear to have been made of cardboard, I could hear the guest in the room next door far too much for my liking... Friendly staff, decent breakfast. Small bathroom. I did walk a few times from and to the hotel [20 minutes or so] into town and also took... More

We spent one night in this nice 3 stars hotel during Umbria Jazz 2014. Our room was modern and clean, and it offered air conditioning, fridge, free wifi, TV and balcony with great countryside view. The hotel is located about 20 minutes walk from the city center, but they had a free shuttle bus if one didn't want to walk.... More

We stayed here in July for 5 nights and were very comfortable in a clean room with updated bathroom. Great view from our window of the countryside. The staff were very helpful and we were always greeted in a friendly manner. The hotel has a shuttle service to downtown and will even pick you up at prearranged times. The restaurant... More

The hotel is fine. Rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom is ok, staff are polite and you'll find everything you need in a hotel for a good price. It is located in a rather funny place with a bad steep road full of potholes. I would not advice this hotel unless you have your own car. I think the hotel... More

Stayed here twice in the space of a week whilst in the area for business. Hotel itself is fine as a base. However don't expect much sleep on the night. On both occasions people running up and down the corridors around 2am shouting and screaming, called down to reception, their response "deal with it". Will avoid in future.
