We had booked the Primavera for 2 days at the end of our holiday, & on our way back to Perugia airport. It was such a shame that we didn't stay longer. On arrival, we were greeted with so much kindness. When I was shown the room, with the terrace I couldn't believe that the view could be possible, absolutely... More

Dear Biskit105, It is not unsual to be left breathless. In an instant, you can be surprised. In this November fall, far from the limelight of chocolate-centered October, in the quietness of these days, I stopped to rediscover the taste of sensations. On the one hand, the Tower, the round frame of Santa Teresa - forgive me if I use... More

Our challenges with the Primavera were finding it in the first place (we were driving) and then finding their parking and returning. Also, the hotel is up 3 floors of stairs. All that said, however, staff member Maria Teresa was extremely helpful with helping us move our car around and getting suitcases up the stairs. Our room was very clean... More

This hotel is in a lovely little building with cute, comfortable, clean rooms. They all have different views but all lovely. I didn't experience the rooftop room as it is booked ahead for many months. Excellent location close to the town center, shops and restaurants. The Manager, Chiara was absolutely wonderful and she went out of her way to enquire... More

Dear Francyful, thank you for your nice review. As you wrote, even if you didn't experience the room with terrace, each room has a very nice and different view and we are happy that you liked that from your room and the location of our hotel too, in the historic heart of Perugia. We usually put different pastries on our... More

We stayed in this hotel for 8 days and had a really good time. We were welcomed by Chiara and her family. Nothing was too much trouble, gluten free provision was excellent, and we felt at home. We were in the top room with a rooftop balcony which was wonderful, albeit windy at times. Thoroughly recommended.

We spent 5 nights in this establishment & were thoroughly satisfied with our experience. We had the top room which included a private balcony & were able to enjoy meals with panoramic views across the Umbrian country-side. Chiara, her parents, & Maria-Theresa were exceptionally helpful even to the extent of arranging early breakfast on our travel days. Nicely positioned close... More

This is a great and very reasonable small hotel. At the top of an ancient building in the old city, you are a short walk from memorable art, shopping and all that makes life in Italy so appealing. Chiara, the third-generation owner, works with her family, to make the modern rooms and the breakfasts quite idyllic. Make sure before you... More

Great back street little hotel with modern fixtures and fittings. Close to everything Perugia has to offer and excellent service with a really nice personal touch. This was a lovely family run hotel. Staff all helpful and friendly. Price excellent. The only problem was that there was no lift and many stairs, so be aware of that.
