We have just come back from a 3 night stay at this little gem of a hotel. The location is perfect, in a quiet street but just a stone's throw from all the sights. The owners are just so friendly and helpful, Maria Teresa looked after us so well, giving us local information and recommending restaurants, nothing was too much... More

We spent three nights at this hotel in January 2014, our room was clean and confortable, the staff is friendly and the location is perfect to visit the old town of Perugia and easly connected to the nearest car parking (Pellini) outside of the limited traffic area. There's no lift to climb up to the second floor of the building... More

I went to Perugia to study at Universita per Stranieri last summer (2013) for a month and I stayed at the Primavera mini Hotel. The price for a month was about the same of a furnished apartment rent and I would have people around. It is really a "mini" hotel with only about eight rooms if I remember correctly, which... More

My husband and I were so happy to spend 2 nights in the beautiful room with the terrace. Yes, there are stairs (thank you for carrying my bag!) but the climb is so worth it, the view is stunning. The bathroom is under the eaves so if you are very tall you'll need to watch your head but, again, the... More

Four of us stayed here for 6 nights and loved this hotel even though there were a lot of steps to climb to get to our rooms. Someone brought our suitcases up all those stairs and down again when we left. The breakfast was the best we have had in Europe - a lovely buffet of choices - fruit, yogurt... More

Absolutely lovely little hotel in the heart of the Perugia old Town. Arriving by train, take the mini metro, then the escalator to within a block of the hotel (otherwise a bit of a hike up the hill). I'm a single traveller who has seen a lot of Italy, and in my experience anything under 60 euros for an ensuite room with breakfast is budget territory, unless you are in low season or a long way south. Primavera mini hotel fits into this price category but has plenty of little touches that elevate it above a basic budget... More

A sweet treasure in the center of the old city.
