Great expectations due to review in 2008 Lonely Planet guide. Fabulous location for Ceri Festival, helpful staff. However, room 220 hugely disappointing. This hotel is a very good deal. The position is very central at only 100 m from the "Piazza Grande" and the "Palazzo dei Consoli".
