Beautiful, cozy, clean and comfortable apartment, a warm host, delicious food. Perfect for a leasurly relaxing holiday with some nice day trip options and country walks. Stunning pool but i will have to return in a warmer season to enjoy it fully! A lovely garden surrounds the apartments and there is a magic view over the umbrian hills. Thank you... More

If you like a great holiday, it is an excellent location! Bellaugello did meet all our expectations. We stayed 8 nights (5 in Azzurro Suite + 3 in Specchio Suite). Both rooms are great, but the preference depends really of your needs. Although Specchio is better equipped with separate dining room, we preferred Azzurro, since we don’t want to do... More

After making a living as a writer for more years than I care to admit, words now fail me. How can I adequately convey all the qualities of Bellaugello -- the spectacular setting, the plush accommodations, the breathtaking views, the delicious food, our knowledgeable and friendly host Alec -- that made my visit there so wonderful and memorable? I traveled... More

Just got back from four nights her and just wish we have booked more nights! This place is perfect. At the end of a long lane you turn into the perfect grounds. The house if in a amazing location and Alec really has created something fantastically special. Beautiful, Lavender and fantastic lawns, Fig trees where I picked my own dinner.... More

We spent 4 nights in September at Belaugello. The location is stunning, amazing views in the quiet of the countryside. The infinity pool needs to be seen to be believed, and the accommodation is luxurious. Alec is a great host and will keep you entertained with stories or leave you be. It is useful to have a car bot the... More

At the end of a long dirt road you will discover a small jewel in the Umbrian hills: a nicely refurbished house and a swimming pool with a stunning view on the valley. On some evenings dinners, you can enjoy the local cuisine and long talks with the other guests. The host is very knowledgeable and gives very precise and... More

We loved Bellaugello. Our room was beautiful, the view and pool divine and Alec a charmer. We enjoyed meeting the fellow guests and dining with them. The place is remote which added to the sense of adventure and relaxation. Come here to spend time reconnecting with your partner in a relaxed atmosphere. Dinners were outstanding the portions of food almost... More

Bellaugello was a pleasant surprise for us, as well as Umbria as a whole. You can visit Assisi, Spoleto, Spelo, Perugia... It was a bit warm for hiking in late August, but we are sure spring and fall months offer lots of opportunities for that too, as well as cycling. There is a lot to see, but you can also... More

Bellaugello is the best place to be if you are looking for a relaxing vacation in Italy. We stayed here for 7 days and really got the feeling of being home with our friends. We met very nice people and hope to see them back soon. Alec (THE host) is very helpful and it feels as we know him for... More
