Hotel Berti is located just within Assisi's walls. It is a 2-minute walk from one of the Assisi municipal parking lots to the hotel. Stayed here 3 days in May '11 with husband, great location for walking all over Assisi & visiting the sites of St. Francis. Very helpful staff, gave us good tips on restaurants and things to see in the countryside. Hotel's restaurant "da Cecco" is also very good.
